Below are our most common programs, and we also work with you to tailor programs specifically for your needs.

The Sport Plan

The Sport Plan is offering 1-1 meetings every other week. This plan includes a combination of one to one coaching, structured personal training schedules and feedback via the coached training sessions and email with Tri Sport Coaching Staff. It is for the anyone who wants to achieve specific goals. The sport plan is ideal for athletes who want to work one-on-one with the coach and includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your goals and other training considerations
  • VO2 Max, Lactate threshold and heartrate max zone set testing session
  • Bi-Weekly 1-on-1 coached training session with Tri Sport Coaches
  • Video analysis of your swimming form during coached sessions
  • Professional bike fitting for maximum power output and performance
  • Weekly training programs emailed to you detailing every aspect of your training
  • Strength training recommendations included in your weekly schedule
  • Unlimited email interaction to discuss your training progress and related matters
  • Equipment overview, evaluation and recommendations


Cost $189 per month, no initial.
